SOL Footwear – Return & Exchange Policy (South Africa)

At SOL Footwear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Return Policy

You may return any unworn, unused, and undamaged item within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items must be returned via trackable courier service at the customer’s cost, unless the item is defective or the incorrect item was sent.

Exchange Policy – Size Swaps Made Easy

Need a different size? No problem!

  • We offer free size exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be returned in new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the new size at no additional shipping charge.

  • If your desired size is out of stock, we will offer an alternative option or a full refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at returns@solz.co.za with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. We'll guide you through the process and provide the return address.

  3. Once we receive your item and it passes inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products not due to manufacturing fault.
